1. We reserve the right to refuse service to: Anyone with a nail condition that we suspect may be contagious, as well as anyone with an open or infected wound on the treatment area.
2. Diabetes Clients: In order to provide you with proper care, please inform your technician that you have Diabetes.
3. Children: It's our pleasure to do children's nails, however, unattended children in the salon can be disruptive and dangerous. We use many products that are harmful if ingested or applied to unprotected skin. If you have children under 10 who are not receiving nail services, please. keep them safe or leave them at home.
4. If you are ever dissatisfied with any service in the salon we will gladly make the corrections necessary to exceed your expectations within 3 days of your original service.
5. Enhancements and gel polish manicures are guaranteed for 5 days after your service date. Traditional polish services are not guaranteed.
6. No refund is given after it has been rendered. We won't offer any refund or credit note because you've simply changed your mind.
7. Gift certificates are not refundable or exchangeable at any time. Gift Certificates are to be treated as cash, therefore, they are not redeemable if lost or stolen.
8. Cell phones: Please be respectful to the people around you who are trying to relax during their nail services. Set your phone to vibrate and use a moderate speaking tone if you need to take a call. We appreciate ypur cooperation.
9. Personal Items: We're not responsible for any personal items that have been damaged during services. Please be careful when handling polishes and check if belongings are left behind.
